Leadership
IGNITE was concieved from the spark that Mahogany Kinell, Senior Marketing Consultant, is committed to bringing to every project through the combination of creativity, structure and great focus on numbers.
She began her career in Marketing and Advertising in Panama at ULACIT and she also holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Business Management from ESEM (Escuela Superior de Estudios de Marketing) which she pursued in Madrid, Spain, where she also gained experience in the Publishing and Restaurant Franchising industries.
Switzerland is her second home, where she held different positions worldwide, leading IT Marketing teams (Website Design, CRMs, Web Portals, E-Commerce, Social Networks) in Bangalore, India, as well as Content Development teams (in multiple languages) located in Denmark, the United States, Germany and Switzerland for more than 10 years. Her passion for discovering new horizons has led her to travel to more than 30 countries.
In Panama, she was the general manager at EF Education First, a Swedish company, leader in international education. Whenever she has the opportunity she enjoys hosting her “Ignite your career” workshop at public high schools and universities where she shares her own experience on how to develop an international career and discover yourself.
